The Results of Application for Undergraduate Dormitory in Spring Semester 2026
Dear Students,
The waiting list results for on-campus dormitory applications for undergraduate students for the 2nd Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year (Academic Year 114, Semester 2) are explained below:

Waiting List Results
All applicants have been assigned waiting list numbers.
Please check your results at:
https://housing.ntu.edu.tw/waiting/index/id/1142Starting from the winter break, vacant beds will be allocated based on availability.
Supplementary allocation results will be sent via email to students’ NTU student email accounts, and students may also check the allocation progress at the above website.
Please refer to the attached file for the full list of applicants’ preference rankings. -
Household Registration Verification
Except for students with priority status, students who receive a notification to move in must present a household registration transcript at check-in.The applicant must not have been registered within the two years prior to the application date in:
If any of the above conditions are not met, dormitory eligibility will be revoked.

Students on Leave of Absence
Students who are on leave of absence and are allocated a dormitory bed must have completed reinstatement of student status at the time of check-in.
Failure to do so will result in cancellation of dormitory eligibility. -
Validity of Waiting List Number
To protect students’ rights, please do not exchange waiting list numbers with others.
The waiting list numbers for this round will be invalid after April 30, 2026. -
Renewal of Accommodation Eligibility
Undergraduate students who newly moved into on-campus dormitories starting from Academic Year 2024–2025 are required to participate in the annual renewal lottery each March.
Only students selected in the lottery may continue residing in on-campus dormitories in the following academic year.
Students who are not selected must check out at the end of summer accommodation (August 15, 2026). -
BOT Prince House Contract Termination
Students currently residing in BOT Prince House who terminate their Prince House contract early due to being allocated an on-campus dormitory must pay one month’s rent as liquidated damages, in accordance with the Prince House contract. -

Simultaneous Applications
Students may apply for and remain on the waiting lists for both on-campus dormitories and Prince House simultaneously.
However, if allocated beds in both, students may choose only one accommodation. -
